Job Description
Dental Tourism Clinics India (DTCI) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Mohali. The primary responsibility is to contact dental clinics and healthcare providers across India, explain the benefits of joining the DTCI platform, and onboard them as registered partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact dental clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, CBCT/OPG centres, dental laboratories, and other healthcare providers across India.
- Explain the benefits and services offered by Dental Tourism Clinics India.
- Convert prospective clinics into DTCI partner clinics.
- Follow up with leads until successful registration.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp).
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Salary
- ₹15,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives on successful clinic enrollments.
