Key Responsibilities
* Generate high-quality leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and channel partnerships.
* Organize promotional activities, events, and lead-generation campaigns within the assigned territory.
* Meet prospective clients and explain loan products, eligibility criteria, benefits, and repayment structures.
* Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and field surveys to identify business opportunities.
* Follow up with prospects through calls, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
