Navchetana Kendra Health Care Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and confident individuals for the position of Telesales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from IndiaMART and other business platforms, interacting with potential clients, understanding their manufacturing requirements, and generating business opportunities for the company.
This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and are interested in building a career in the Ayurvedic and Herbal Healthcare Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up on inquiries received through IndiaMART, websites, social media, and other platforms.
- Explain the company's third-party manufacturing services and product offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding client requirements.
- Generate quotations and assist customers throughout the inquiry process.
- Update daily call reports and customer data in the system.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities through effective communication.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
