Job Description: Dentiguide Operations Coordinator (BDS Doctor)Position Overview
Dentiguide is seeking a BDS-qualified doctor to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. This role bridges clinical expertise with operational management, ensuring seamless execution of guided implant surgery workflows—from case intake to surgical guide delivery. The coordinator will oversee planning, design, printing, and compliance processes, while supporting Dentiguide’s mission to scale precision-driven implantology.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Workflow Management
- Review CBCT and intraoral scans for guided surgery cases.
- Coordinate with radiologists, planning team, and designers to ensure accurate case progression.
- Validate surgical guide designs for clinical feasibility.
- Operational Coordination
- Track case status across Dentiguide’s workflow (planning → design → printing → shipping).
- Maintain dashboards and records for compliance and scalability.
- Ensure timely communication between teams via Dentiguide’s digital platforms.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to Dentiguide’s protocols for patient data security and surgical accuracy.
- Conduct final checks on guides before dispatch.
- Support documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Training & Support
- Assist in Dentiguide Masterclass programs and workshops.
- Provide clinical insights to improve workflow automation and AI integration.
- Mentor junior staff on guided surgery principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree.
- Strong understanding of implantology and digital dentistry workflows.
- Familiarity with CBCT imaging, STL files, and guided surgery concepts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with ability to adapt to AI-driven and cloud-based systems.
Preferred Skills(optional)
- Prior experience in implant planning or guided surgery.
- Knowledge of 3D printing workflows in dentistry.
- Comfort with digital platforms.
- Ability to balance clinical precision with operational efficiency.
