Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Organic Lead to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and generate qualified leads for our IT services business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SEO strategy, keyword ranking, LLM/AI search optimization, backlink strategies, and team management.
This role requires someone with a go-getter attitude, strong execution capability, and a hunger to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute SEO strategy for organic lead generation
- Rank high-intent keywords in IT services, AI, blockchain, healthcare domains
- Optimize visibility for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
- Drive backlink authority and domain growth
- Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 SEO specialists
- Stay updated with latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI/LLM search developments, and proactively adjust SEO strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Follow industry leaders, Google search guidelines, and SEO communities to ensure the team is aligned with best practices and emerging search trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Must have
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA4).
- Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO-optimized content, blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify keyword gaps, backlink opportunities, content strategies, and ranking improvements for IT services domains (AI, blockchain, healthcare, etc.).
- Monitor competitor SEO activities and implement data-driven strategies to outperform competitors in organic search rankings and lead generation.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- B.Tech / MCA / MBA (Marketing or Digital Marketing) preferred.
- Additional certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
