Job Title: Implementation Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, onboarding, and implementation of software solutions for clients. This role requires close coordination with customers, project managers, sales teams, and technical teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience and high customer satisfaction.
The candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Software Implementation & Deployment
- Manage end-to-end implementation of software solutions for new and existing clients.
- Configure software applications based on customer requirements and business processes.
- Perform software setup, installation, data migration, and system configuration activities.
- Assist clients during product onboarding and deployment phases.
- Ensure successful product go-live within agreed timelines.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct client meetings to understand business processes and implementation requirements.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate software configurations.
- Document implementation requirements, workflows, and project scope.
- Coordinate with the Development team for any customization or enhancement requests.
Client Training & Support
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Provide guidance to customers on software usage, best practices, and process optimization.
- Address customer queries and resolve implementation-related issues.
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support teams after project completion.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers, Sales Teams, Developers, and Support Teams.
- Track implementation milestones and project deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues and risks in a timely manner.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform system testing and validation before deployment.
- Verify software functionality and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Identify bugs and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare implementation plans, status reports, and project documentation.
- Create user manuals, training materials, and knowledge-base articles.
- Maintain records of implementation activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure all implementation documents are updated and properly archived.

- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, or Enterprise Software solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics) / MCA / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science). Civil Engineer
- 0–5 years of experience in Software Implementation, Product Implementation, Technical Support, Customer Success, ERP Implementation, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in implementing HRMS, Payroll, ERP, CRM, Attendance Management, or SaaS products.
- Experience in customer onboarding and user training.
- Exposure to software deployment and client-facing projects.
- Understanding of business process mapping and workflow automation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
