Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The role involves handling product listings, coordinating orders, managing inventory updates, and ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other marketplaces, and should be comfortable handling product uploads, coordination, and account management tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management
- Manage seller accounts on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Maintain and update product listings
- Ensure product information, pricing, and stock levels are accurate
- Monitor account health and compliance requirements
Product Listings & Content
- Upload new products with descriptions, images, and specifications
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords
- Coordinate with design team for product images and creatives
- Maintain structured catalogue data
Order & Inventory Coordination
- Track incoming orders and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, or internal team
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability
- Handle basic return or order issue coordination
Performance Monitoring
- Track product performance and sales reports
- Identify opportunities to improve listing quality
- Ensure smooth functioning of e-commerce operations
- Maintain organized data and reports
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates
- Communicate with platform support if required
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Experience in managing e-commerce accounts preferred
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces
- Familiarity with product listing process
- Good computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and responsible working style
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce etc.
- Understanding of product catalogue structure
- Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Experience handling multiple SKUs
- Familiarity with order management workflow
