We are a growing Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing and Interior Company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of commercial kitchen equipment and customized interior solutions. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to join our expanding team.
Job Summary
The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D/3D drawings, product drawings, shop drawings, and commercial kitchen layouts. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in kitchen equipment manufacturing, product design, and commercial kitchen planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for commercial kitchen equipment and interior projects.
- Design functional and efficient kitchen equipment layouts based on client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop manufacturing drawings, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with the production, project, and sales teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Modify and update drawings based on customer feedback and site conditions.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain design documentation.
- Conduct site measurements when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Support project execution by providing technical design assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD design.
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing, stainless steel fabrication, or product design is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment layout planning and manufacturing drawings.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial kitchen planning and equipment layout design.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and sheet metal design.
- Understanding of interior fit-out drawings.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,169.00 - ₹37,239.70 per month
