Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative R&D Chemist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to develop new products, improve existing formulations, and ensure product quality. This role requires a strong background in chemistry, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct research and development on new products and formulations.
· Perform laboratory experiments to improve existing products and solve technical issues.
· Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for quality and performance.
· Document experimental results, create detailed reports, and present findings to senior management.
· Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, quality control, and marketing) to optimize product development and ensure product consistency.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
· Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
· Ensure all research activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: [1–3+] years of experience in an R&D lab or related industry (Fresher or Experienced – adjust as needed)

CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
