**Position- Sales Manager
**Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales and atleast 1 year of team handling experience in a managerial role
**Job Summary-
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the showroom sales team, driving vehicle sales, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves managing daily sales operations, developing market strategies, monitoring team performance, and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities-
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for two-wheelers and related products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and local market potential.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor achievements.
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of vehicles in the showroom.
- Ensure compliance with Honda dealership standards and processes.
- Coordinate local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Generate and track leads through walk-ins, events, digital platforms, and field activities.
**Qualifications-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of automobile sales and dealership operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
