KRA:
- Make outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach.
- Understand client requirements and assess buying intent.
- Identify decision-makers and capture accurate details in CRM.
- Ensure minimum monthly targets are achieved.
- Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes and follow-ups.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper lead tracking.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Contribute to revenue pipeline creation.
Preferred candidates:
- Good English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Prior experience in international cold calling / outbound sales / pre-sales/ debt collection/Voice process (US, UK, Australia, Canada markets preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Shift: 5AM to 2:30PM (AUS Shift)
Working Days: Mon to Fri (Sun & Sat off)
Salary: Upto 40 K in hand + PF + PLI
