Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and engagement.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers regarding products and services.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Generate customer feedback reports and insights.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, call center, or BPO processes.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer skills and CRM software knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
