AJU ED Solutions LLP is seeking a passionate and innovative Robotics Engineer to join our engineering and product team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing, building, and deploying advanced robotic systems and hardware. This role requires technical expertise in standard robotics frameworks, hardware design, and autonomous navigation, alongside the flexibility to travel and relocate across Kerala and India based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, and integrate robotic systems and hardware using aluminium profiles, sensors, and microcontrollers.
- Develop, test, and deploy robotics software using ROS and micro-ROS frameworks.
- Implement Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) algorithms, including SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) and navigation packages.
- Program and optimize edge-AI platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson Nano for real-time robotic controls and processing.
- Perform 3D modeling, simulation, and hardware asset creation using Blender.
- Guide practical technical workshops, demonstrate functional prototypes, and manage robotics equipment and lab assets.
- Travel to project sites, client locations, and testing facilities across Kerala and India as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA/MTech in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in robotics engineering, software development, or hardware .
- Technical Skills:
- Frameworks & OS: Proficiency in ROS and micro-ROS.
- Autonomy: Practical experience with SLAM and path-planning algorithms.
- Hardware & Compute: Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson Nano, microcontrollers, and dynamic structural assembly using aluminium profiles.
- 3D Modeling & Design: Competency in 3D Blender for simulation and asset design.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel and relocate anywhere in Kerala or across India as required by project schedules.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
