Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Retention & Growth: Understand client needs and business goals to ensure high retention rates and actively cross-sell/up-sell relevant products or services.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, complaints, or inquiries quickly and effectively.
- Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and clear understanding of our value proposition.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and alignment on strategic goals.
- Market Insights: Gather client feedback and market trends to collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
