About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to join our team and support the smooth coordination and execution of client projects.
This internship is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in project coordination, client communication, digital marketing, and team coordination while working with international clients.
The intern will work closely with our project coordination team and collaborate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, social media teams, content teams, and performance marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day activities across multiple client projects.
- Support the team in tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in understanding and communicating client requirements to the relevant team members.
- Support client communication and follow-ups under the guidance of the project coordinator.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining meeting follow-ups.
- Collect and organize client feedback and revision requests.
- Maintain project trackers, task lists, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or issues to the project coordinator.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content, SEO, social media, and marketing teams.
- Assist in preparing project updates and reports.
- Help ensure deliverables are completed according to client requirements and agreed timelines.
- Support other project-related activities as required.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with different teams.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
- Willingness to learn about digital marketing and project management.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
