We are hiring a Sales & Estimation Engineer specializing in Product Sales within the Electrical Engineering domain. The role focuses on selling high-value electrical products and solutions related to substations, protection systems, and numerical relays. The position requires someone with a blend of technical know-how and a passion for sales, customer interaction, and lead conversion.
1. Sales Support:
- Drive product sales for electrical components and solutions related to substations and protection systems
- Respond to technical product inquiries from customers, provide specifications and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare competitive and accurate product quotations and follow up until order closure
- Handle negotiations, manage objections, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate with vendors for product pricing, delivery schedules, and technical details
- Generate leads and explore new product sales opportunities in target markets
- Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure correct product selection and support
- Regularly track sales pipeline and prepare performance and forecast reports
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for promotional activities
- Stay updated on new product launches, specifications, and competitor products
- Participate in internal sales meetings, product training, and strategy discussions
- Ensure seamless communication and updates using tools like Google Docs and Sheets
- Actively contribute to special company projects as assigned
2. Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Experience in Team Management & Reports Evaluation
3. Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Compulsory)
- 1 to 4 years of product sales experience in the electrical or industrial sector
- Strong understanding of electrical substation components, numerical relays, and protection systems
- Confident communicator with excellent sales presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM software, MS Office, etc.)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow within the organization
