Job Summary
Prime Growth Academy is looking for a confident and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right courses based on their career goals. The candidate will be responsible for counselling leads, explaining course benefits, handling queries, and converting interested prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, fees, benefits, certification, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
