UI/UX Skillset:
1) Good understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design.
2) Exposure to UX collaboration and ideation tools like Miro, Figma and Balsamiq.
3) Ability to understand requirements, ask questions, and quickly adapt to feedback.
