candidates required for the post of Purchase Assistant
- 2 wheeler
- Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors
- Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on monthly, quarterly and annual numbers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
- dispatch arrangement with courier or relevant transport to customers as per sales dept instructions
- to assist in production
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Placing and tracking orders.
- Keep accurate records of purchases made
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers
- Excel, Emailing , online purchases and payments knowledge is compulsory
- Tally knowledge preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
