Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team to achieve lead qualification and site visit targets.
- Oversee inbound and outbound lead management from digital campaigns, property portals, channel partners, and other marketing sources.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing and follow-up strategies to maximize conversions.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs such as lead response time, qualification rate, site visit generation, and conversion ratio.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer data and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partner teams to align lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Analyze lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and customer trends to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve business objectives.
