Job Description
Center Tec is looking for a dedicated and organized Service Call Coordinator to manage and coordinate service jobs efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and experience in coordinating service technicians and customer support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming service calls and customer complaints
Coordinate and assign service jobs to technicians
Follow up on pending service requests and update customers
Communicate effectively with technicians and clients
Ensure timely completion of service activities
Requirements
Fluent in Hindi and English
Preference will be given to candidates who know Telugu
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.)
Experience :
1 to 3 years Experience needed
Salary :
20K and Above (Salary will be based on experience and interview performance)
