Recruitment 70%
- Post roles and manage job board/LinkedIn listings; maintain employer branding in postings.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and outreach campaigns.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone to assess fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers; prepare interview packs.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipeline; update statuses and notes.
- Communicate with candidates through the process: interview invites, feedback, offer letters and rejection communications.
- Assist with offer preparation, reference checks and background check coordination.
- Track basic recruitment
- HR generalist 30%
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy; support new-hire paperwork and onboarding logistics.
- Respond to routine employee queries on policies, benefits enrollment processes and attendance.
- Qualifications & skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources
- 01 year experience in recruitment, HR admin or internships preferred.
