About the Role
We are seeking a well-connected Business Development Partner with strong relationships in the corporate ecosystem to introduce our leadership programmes to organisations across India and international markets.
This is an ideal opportunity for experienced professionals from HR consulting, learning & development, executive coaching, leadership consulting, enterprise sales, or corporate training who enjoy opening strategic conversations with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop opportunities with organisations investing in leadership development and executive learning.
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, L&D Heads, CXOs and business leaders.
- Generate qualified meetings and introduce SJ Studios' experiential leadership programmes.
Consultative Selling
- Understand each organisation's leadership challenges and business priorities.
- Position the appropriate programme based on organisational objectives.
- Work alongside the SJ Studios team during proposal discussions and solution design.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Represent SJ Studios professionally throughout the engagement process.
- Ensure a seamless transition from initial conversation to programme delivery.
Programme Collaboration
Where appropriate, collaborate with our internal team to customise programmes to meet client requirements.
Professionals with facilitation experience may also have the opportunity to facilitate programmes.
Who We're Looking For

- An established network within the corporate HR, L&D, or executive leadership ecosystem.
- Experience selling leadership development, consulting, executive education, HR solutions, coaching, or corporate training programmes.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative approach to business development.
- The ability to engage senior stakeholders and understand organisational priorities.
- A passion for leadership development and experiential learning.
