About the Role
RichestSoft is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) with proven experience in selling Digital Marketing services to international clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing solutions, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
The candidate should be responsible for identifying business opportunities, converting qualified leads, and managing the complete sales cycle while building strong relationships with US clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and direct sales.
- Sell Digital Marketing services, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Content Marketing
- Lead Generation Services
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into long-term customers.
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and client presentations.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US and international clients.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, and Project teams to ensure a smooth project handover.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing sales.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and related digital marketing services.
- Experience in lead generation, lead conversion, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with US or international clients.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing or IT Services.
- Strong consultative selling and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
