Hiring for SEO Executive - Digital Marketing (3-6 Yrs. working experience)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing on-page SEO activities including meta tags optimization, content optimization, internal linking and overall technical hygiene.
Developing Off-Page SEO strategies focused on authority building, quality link acquisition and brand presence.
Assisting and reviewing the Off-Page team’s work to ensure relevancy and quality. Coordinating with the CSM (Client Servicing Managers) team for task planning, reporting and execution.
Attending client meetings to discuss performance, strategy updates, insights and future roadmaps. Building monthly SEO strategies, way-forwards and execution plans.
Preparing monthly analytics and performance reports using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Performing initial SEO hygiene checks for new websites: audits, keyword mapping, indexing fixes, etc. Creating SEO proposals, conducting keyword research for new and existing clients.
Working on enhancing brand visibility across AI search surfaces.
Generate monthly SEO reports that track key metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversions.
Managed link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve search engine visibility.
Managed and optimized website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, and internal linking structure.
Monitored website performance using SEO tools.
Skills Required:
On-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking).
Understanding of search engine algorithms & ranking factors.
Performance tracking (traffic, rankings, conversions, backlinks).
Off-page SEO & link-building strategies.
Well organized with great time management skills.
A proactive and can-do attitude.
