- Appointment Booking: Schedule doorstep car wash visits or coordinate drop-offs at the service center for the operations team.
- Customer Follow-ups: Nurture prospects, send reminders for recurring services, and follow up on inquiries received via email or chat.
- Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions, vehicle details, feedback, and future availability in the company's CRM.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments booked, and packages sold.
Essential Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Given the location in Bengaluru, multilingual fluency in English, Kannada or English, Hindi is highly preferred.
