About the Role
As a Tele Sales Executive at Conceptial Media, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and introducing them to our digital marketing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing and are looking to build a career in sales.
Location: Noida (Work from Office)Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services.
- Explain our services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and Branding.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth lead management.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or related fields preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Websites, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.
Good to Have
- Internship or certification in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn for business networking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
