What You'll Do
Lead Business Growth
● Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve admissions and revenue targets.
● Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
● Drive initiatives that strengthen Techolas' presence across Kerala and beyond.
Inspire & Manage Teams
● Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales team to consistently achieve high performance.
● Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
● Monitor team productivity and implement strategies to maximize conversions.
Build Strong Relationships
● Develop lasting relationships with prospective students, parents, corporate clients, and industry partners.
● Guide students in choosing the right technology programs aligned with their career aspirations.
● Represent Techolas at industry events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.
Optimize Performance
● Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decisions.
● Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline effectively.
● Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for leadership.
Collaborate Across Teams
● Work closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to enhance student experience and conversion rates.
● Contribute ideas that improve processes, customer engagement, and overall business performance.
Who We're Looking For
● 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.
● Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
● Fluent in Malayalam with good English communication skills.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
