Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and machining centers
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
- Record production and quality data accurately
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience operating CNC machines preferred
- Basic knowledge of G-code and machine programming is an advantage
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
Preferred Skills (NOT MANDATORY)
- Experience with Fanuc/Siemens controls
- Knowledge of precision measurement instruments
- Understanding of machining tolerances and quality control
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
