Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
* Facilitate smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.
* Maintain recruitment records and hiring trackers.
Employee Records & Attendance Management
* Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
* Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data accuracy.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Payroll & HR Administration
* Prepare and verify payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and employee details.
* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely payroll processing.
* Manage employee documentation and statutory records.
HR Documentation & Reporting
* Draft and issue HR letters, appointment letters, offer letters, and other employee-related documents.
* Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and workforce-related data as required.
* Maintain organized and updated HR databases.
Employee Relations
* Address employee queries and provide HR support.
* Assist in resolving day-to-day employee concerns.
* Support employee engagement and workplace coordination activities.
HR Operations
* Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations.
* Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with management to improve HR processes and efficiency.
Requirements
* Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Candidates residing in Siliguri or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
