Job Summary
Zytel Tech Private Limited is seeking a motivated and target-driven Medical Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of orthotics and rehabilitation products, including Compression Stockings, Back Pain Relief Belts, Knee Supports, Orthotics Braces, and other healthcare products.The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, clinics, medical stores, distributors, and dealers while driving sales growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and generate sales of Orthotics and rehabilitation products in the assigned territory.
- Visit doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, clinics, medical stores, distributors, and retailers to introduce and promote company products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and awareness programs for healthcare professionals and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospital purchase departments, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback and report findings to management.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional activities organized by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements to ensure excellent service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Medical Products, Orthotics Products, Rehabilitation Products, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Healthcare Sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience as Medical Representative (MR), Territory Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or Field Sales Executive are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of orthotics or healthcare products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.

- B.Sc. (Life Sciences)
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm
