Job Role & Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers, vendors, or partners from the provided database to introduce Vastify.app’s features and services.
- Lead Qualification: Approach cold and warm leads, assess their requirements, and move them forward through the sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Establish a strong rapport with clients, address their queries professionally, and build long-term trust.
- Product Explanation: Walk clients through the platform's unique benefits clearly over the phone or via brief online demos.
- Data Management: Accurately maintain daily calling logs, follow-up schedules, and customer feedback in our CRM or tracking sheets.
- Target Achievement: Stay consistent and driven to meet weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We value communication skills, attitude, and drive over rigid degrees:
- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support. Motivated freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Strong command over English and Hindi (Fluency is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer operations, internet browsing, and managing data on Excel or CRM tools.
- Mindset: Resilient, positive, and capable of handling rejections with a problem-solving approach.
