Eligibility
- PUC (+2) or Any Degree
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any internal/national chat process
- Fluent in English
- Versant Level 6
- Good written communication and typing skills
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat.
- Provide accurate and professional responses.
- Resolve customer concerns within the required timelines.
- Maintain good customer service and communication standards.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
