The Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our corporate team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our marketing, internal communication, and business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of corporate branding, visual storytelling, and a collaborative approach to design.
Key Responsibilities:
Design social media creatives, carousels, and campaign assets.
Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create motion graphics and animated explainers.
Design emailers, newsletters, and client communication material.
Support sales and research teams with presentations and marketing collateral.
Create event branding assets such as standees, backdrops, invitations, and digital screens.
Maintain visual consistency across PESB's digital presence.
Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and productivity.
Must-Have Skills :
Strong design skills (preferred design tool).
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent).
Understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.
Preferred Skills :
Motion graphics experience (After Effects or equivalent).
Basic understanding of finance, investing, or business content.
Experience creating YouTube thumbnails and motion graphic explainers.
Experience working in a content, media, or marketing environment.
Required Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Min 1 Year of Experience.
Preferred candidates from Marketing Agencies, Fintech Companies & BFSI.
