Job Summary
We are looking for a well-organized, professional, and responsible Personal Assistant to the Principal to provide administrative, coordination, and secretarial support. The candidate will assist the Principal in managing day-to-day activities, official communication, meetings, documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders of the nursing college.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Principal’s daily schedule, appointments,
meetings, and official engagements.
- Coordinate meetings between the Principal and faculty
members, students, parents, management, and external visitors.
- Draft and prepare official emails, letters, notices,circulars, reports, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and organize important documents, records,files, and confidential information.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action points.
- Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely communication and follow-up of tasks assigned by the Principal.
- Assist in preparing academic, administrative, and institutional reports.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official communication professionally.
- Assist in organizing college events, seminars, workshops, meetings, inspections, and other institutional activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the Principal, faculty, students, and the institution.
- Support the Principal in day-to-day administrative and academic coordination.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Principal or Management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good drafting, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Professional personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Due diligence.
Experience
- Freshers with good communication, organizational, and
computer skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role will be preferred.
- Prior experience in a nursing college, educational institution, hospital, or administrative environment will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be professional, well-organized, proactive, presentable, and capable of effectively coordinating with the Principal, faculty, staff, students, and management. The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
