- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offer letters.
- Onboarding & Induction: Conduct joining formalities for new hires, manage documentation, and facilitate smooth orientation into the company culture.
- Payroll & Attendance Management: Track employee attendance, calculate leaves, and process inputs for seamless payroll generation and benefit administration.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure workplace compliance with regional labor laws. (In India, this involves adhering to EPF, ESIC, and Professional Tax regulations).
- Employee Relations & Conflict Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances. Counsel staff and mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: Facilitate the annual/quarterly performance appraisal process, set evaluation metrics, and assist managers with feedback and development planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
