Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators (DEOs) . The candidate should possess good typing speed, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and basic programming knowledge. The role involves data entry, documentation, report preparation, and administrative support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry operations.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle Excel sheets, reports, and database records.
- Create presentations and official documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support administrative and reporting activities.
- Ensure proper file management and documentation standards.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Typing Speed
Candidates will be evaluated based on typing speed:
- Typing Speed Level _ Speed Range Expert
- Expert_ 80-100+ WPM
- Proficient / Standard_ 60–80 WPM
- Entry-Level / Average_ 35–50 WPM
2. Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / BCA preferred
- Other Graduates can also apply
3. Microsoft Office Knowledge:
- Beginner Level
- Basic navigation and file saving
- MS Word basic typing and templates
- Basic Excel formulas (+, -, *, /)
- Simple PowerPoint presentations
- Intermediate Level
- Document formatting and file management
- Mail merge, headers, footers, templates
- Excel formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, IF
- PowerPoint animations and charts
- Advanced Level
- Workflow automation and integrations
- Track changes and automatic table of contents
- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Slide masters and multimedia integration
- Expert Level
- Macro-driven workflows
- Interactive fillable forms
- VBA Macros and advanced Excel analysis
- Custom PowerPoint templates and presentations
4. Basic Programming Knowledge
- Knowledge of one programming language preferred
- Knowledge of two or more programming languages will be an added advantage
