Job Description:
- Prepare DPR, BOQ items, revenue, billed & WIP.
- Budget review & next quarter projections as per SOP.
- Monitor daily major item costs- reconcile materials & contractor bills.
- Update WIP, RA/PV bill status & collections; follow up billing.
- Ensure site quality & safety- verify vendor bills; client coordination.
- Prepare & submit client/subcontractor bills; issue debit notes if needed.
- Coordinate site measurements with contractor & engineers.
- Knowledge of Earthwork for railway bridge work.
- Maintain billing records- MS Excel, Word & AutoCAD proficient.
- Reconcile quantities, understand BOQ & IS Code measurements.
- Cost & construction material analysis; prepare summaries & daily labour reports.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site presence required.
- Exposure to outdoor environments, heavy machinery, and construction hazards.
- Travel between multiple project sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience in billing and planning functions
- Government Project & Liaisoning Experience (Mandatory):
- Proven experience in government liaisoning and coordination with authorities
- Prior experience working on government projects such as:
- Central Public Works Department (CPWD)
- Water Resources Department (WRD)
- Roads and Buildings Department
- Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL)
- Strong understanding of government procedures, tender conditions, billing processes, and approvals
- Ability to handle documentation, compliance, and follow-ups with government authorities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
