Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and finished goods.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Support stock counting, inventory reconciliation, and record maintenance.
- Update stock movements in Excel, ERP, or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for timely dispatches.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper material storage.
- Ensure adherence to company safety and warehouse procedures.
- Assist during periodic stock audits and inventory verification.
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged materials to the reporting manager.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Freshers with relevant educational background and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/WMS is an added advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
Education
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred).
