Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Intern role at AaensaTech is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining customer databases. Responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, supporting marketing campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on inquiries. The intern may also help organise training sessions, collect and analyse market and customer feedback, and contribute to sales reports and performance tracking. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, opportunity tracking, and sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist in preparing materials and supporting internal or client training sessions.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with online communication or CRM tools is beneficial.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development; prior internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Pay: ₹10,659.33 - ₹20,843.03 per month
