Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with a strong background in the manufacturing sector to drive sales of our ERP and business automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent industry connections, understand manufacturing workflows, and be capable of converting business requirements into ERP and data work flow solution opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within manufacturing companies.
- Connect with decision-makers including Business Owners, Factory Managers, Plant Heads, Operations Heads, and Procurement Teams.
- Present and demonstrate ERP/SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable ERP modules and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
- Coordinate with the implementation team for seamless project onboarding.
- Meet agreed sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry sales, business consulting, or industrial solution selling in manufacturing industries is a must.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing business processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Existing network within manufacturing companies will be preferred.
