Location: Noida
Your Tasks- What You can expect as CMC-Head-
1. Production & Quality
- Blending Operations: Ensuring required material are blended in a timely manner and availability of RM/PM is ensured.
- Capacity Planning: Scheduling batch production to ensure the site can handle peak order volumes without delays.
- Quality Control: Along with quality teams ensuring every batch meets 100% "First Fill Ratio" – meaning the product is right the first time, preventing costly re-works or complaints.
2. Logistics & Warehouse Optimization
- Inventory Health: Monitoring DIOH (Days Inventory On Hand ) to keep right inventory at right time and identifying SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) stock to prevent waste.
- Service Levels: Hitting a high IFOT (In Full On Time) score, which measures your ability to deliver exactly what the customer ordered, when they expected it.
- Cost Control: Managing the site budget and finding ways to improve "site efficiency" – such as optimizing picking routes or reducing energy use.
3. Compliance, Safety & Administration
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring the facility follows local laws for waste management, pollution (crucial for blending centers), and labor regulations.
- Audit Readiness: Leading regular HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) audits to maintain excellent workplace.
- Reporting: Handling administrative duties like budgeting, KPI tracking, and coordination with sales for daily fulfillment.
4. Leadership & Strategic Support
- Workforce Development: Training your team on blending techniques or safety protocols to build a culture of "continuous improvement".
- Managing the 3PL staff and getting the work done as per the business requirement.
- Interaction with MDM team on BOM and ROL management.
- Sales Partnership: Closely aligning with Regional Sales to ensure the SCM strategy (Warehouse & Distribution) supports their growth targets.
5. Facilities & Vendor Management:
- Coordinating site maintenance and managing contracts for soft services like cleaning, security, and waste disposal.
- Maintaining the physical condition of the facility to ensure it is "audit-ready" for safety and quality inspections.
- Managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for specialized machinery and company equipment’s.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensuring all logistics and quality documentation (shipping manifests, batch records, compliance certificates) is organized and retrievable.
- Updating and maintaining site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and reports on KPIs and site performance for leadership
Your Profile- What do You bring as CMC-Head-
- Min. 12-16yrs, work experience in Logistics, warehouse management, inward/outward operations, inventory accuracy, Warehouse management system.
- Team Management experienced preferred
- Qualification – Graduation preferrable with MBA,
- Conversant with SAP/WMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to lean and six sigma
- Male/Female candidate
