About the Role
Payplex Technologies is looking for a visionary technology leader who can evolve into the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As a Future CTO, you will drive the company's technology vision, lead engineering teams, build scalable digital products, and spearhead innovation across AI, Cloud, Mobile Applications, Enterprise Software, and Digital Platforms.
You will work closely with leadership to transform business ideas into technology-driven solutions while ensuring security, scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
● Define and execute the company's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
● Lead software engineering, product development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and infrastructure teams.
● Drive the architecture, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of scalable software products.
● Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-release optimization.
● Collaborate with business, product, and sales teams to translate customer requirements into innovative technology solutions.
● Build scalable cloud infrastructure, APIs, enterprise platforms, and mobile applications.
● Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, security policies, and software development SOPs.
● Implement Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and quality assurance processes across engineering teams.
● Ensure application performance, scalability, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
● Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Automation to drive innovation.
● Monitor technology budgets, optimize infrastructure costs, and improve engineering efficiency.
● Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
● Collaborate with executive leadership on digital transformation, technology investments, and product strategy.
● Manage technology risks, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and information security frameworks.
● Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, system optimization, and process automation.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● MBA or Executive Management qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
● 7–12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Development, Technology Leadership, or Solution Architecture.
● Minimum 3–5 years leading engineering or technology teams.
● Experience in SaaS, Enterprise Applications, FinTech, Cloud Platforms, AI, or Digital Products is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
