ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out and finishing works at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to drawings, timely completion, and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site activities including false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works
- Read and interpret architectural/interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms
- Track daily progress and prepare site reports, material consumption reports, and labour records
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, and project manager for approvals and inspections
- Monitor material delivery, inspection, and storage at site
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Attend site meetings and document minutes of meetings (MOM)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes (false ceiling, drywalls, flooring, painting, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and shop drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic project tracking tools
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and site HSE practices
- Familiarity with material specifications and quality checks
EXPERIENCE
- Freshers welcome (0 years experience considered for B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech candidates)
- Up to 5 years of site experience in interior fit-out or civil construction projects
- Diploma holders with hands-on site exposure preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
