We are seeking a motivated and dependable IT Technician with basic knowledge of desktop support and CCTV systems to work in our school, St Augustine's Day School for Boys in Barrackpore.
The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, networks, printers, and CCTV equipment. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve CCTV connectivity and recording issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of IT systems and CCTV infrastructure.
- Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi setup and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and equipment replacement when required.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream with Diploma or certification IT.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with DVR/NVR configuration and IP cameras is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
