About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations & Tools Support Executive to help manage and optimize our day-to-day business tools and operational processes.
In this role, you will support teams by setting up and managing platforms such as CRM systems, Jira, Notion, Slack, and marketing tools. You will also gain exposure to digital marketing operations, including assisting with Meta (Facebook) Ads campaigns and performance tracking.
This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in operations, business systems, or digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and manage internal business tools such as Jira, CRM systems, Notion, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
- Create, maintain, and improve workflows to support operational efficiency.
- Assist team members with tool onboarding, access management, and troubleshooting.
- Support the execution and management of Meta (Facebook) Ads campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
- Ensure data accuracy and process consistency across business tools.
- Provide operational support across different departments as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and recommend process enhancements.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, project management tools, and other business software.
- Comfortable working with web-based platforms and SaaS applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts; knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using tools such as Jira, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of managing or supporting online advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in operations, customer support, administration, marketing, or related functions.
- Interest in business operations, process improvement, and digital tools.
