Job Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, clinics, and leads to pitch our advanced medical and rehabilitation therapy products.
- Provide prompt customer support and manage client communication via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Explain treatment solutions, product features, and therapeutic benefits to clients clearly and professionally.
- Maintain organized logs of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales updates.
Candidate Requirements
- English proficiency is a must for effective customer interaction and professional communication.
- Freshers can apply, though candidates with prior telesales or customer service experience will be given preference.
- Strong listening skills, persuasive tone, and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency.
Work Timings & Schedule
- Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
Compensation & Perks
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹28,000 per month
- Payout Timeline: Guaranteed salary credit on or before the 7th of every month.
- Incentives: High-earning potential with attractive cash incentives for meeting targets.
