Senior Executive – Costing & Accounts
1. Costing & Commercial Analysis: · Prepare detailed cost sheets (Excel) for all import and export transactions · Estimated costing (pre-trade) · Actual costing (post-shipment)
· Ensure all expenses (freight, clearing, duties, etc.) are correctly captured and tagged in ERP
· Analyse cost variance and report differences
2. ERP Monitoring & Transaction Control
· Monitor and verify:
o GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)
o Production entries
o Delivery orders
o Final invoicing
· Ensure all entries are accurate, timely, and system-compliant
3. Profitability Tracking
o Prepare Invoice-wise profitability (Exports)
o Prepare Bill of Lading-wise profitability (Imports)
o Share regular profitability reports with management
4. Stock Position & Risk Monitoring
· Track long and short positions ofinventory
· Provide alerts on stock exposure and risk
· Maintain real-time stock status
5. Inventory Valuation Control
· Ensure ERP reflects correct unit value of each stock item
· Identify and correct any valuation discrepancies
6. Dead Stock Monitoring
· Identify slow-moving and dead stock
· Coordinate with sales to ensure timely liquidation
· Provide ageing reports
7. Physical Stock Audit & Reconciliation
· Ensure periodic physical stock audits are conducted
· Prepare variance reports (physical vs system stock)
· Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
8. BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
· Create and maintain BOM in ERP
· Ensure accuracy of material consumption and costing
· Align BOM with production process
Qualification & Experience:
· B. Com / M. Com / Inter CA / CMA.
· 3–6 years of experience in costing and accounts, preferably in manufacturing / FMCG industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
