The Field Clinical Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring customer success by providing expert pre-sales technical support and post-sales clinical training. This role acts as the critical bridge between the sales team and the end-user to maximize product adoption, order conversion, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support & Order Conversion
- Technical Advocacy: Articulate and demonstrate the superiority of the company’s technology against competitors and alternative market solutions.
- Value Proposition: Effectively communicate and explain the Return on Investment (ROI) of adopting the technology to prospective clients.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver high-impact technical presentations and live product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Application Expertise: Educate and convince customers on the diverse clinical and practical applications of the product portfolio to drive lead conversion.
2. Post-Sales Clinical Support & Troubleshooting
- On-Site & Remote Support: Provide comprehensive post-sales clinical support locally via on-site visits, telephone, and email.
- Issue Resolution: Cross-functionally coordinate with Sales and Service teams to resolve any clinical support issues.
- Escalation Management: Utilize established corporate escalation procedures appropriately when complex issues require higher-level intervention.
3. Training & Professional Development
- Educational Events: Under the guidance of and in coordination with the National Sales Manager, plan and conduct professional seminars, symposiums, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Knowledge Transfer: Design and deliver internal training programs for the sales team and external clinical training for end-users.
- Information Dissemination: Act as a subject matter expert, distributing updated technical and clinical data to both internal teams and external customers.
4. Market Intelligence & Compliance
- Scientific Awareness: Stay actively informed of the latest scientific advancements, industry trends, and research developments within the relevant clinical community.
- Reporting: Maintain accountability by submitting accurate Daily Activity Reports (DAR) to the direct supervisor.
- Operational Flexibility: Execute additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet evolving business needs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
