About the Role

We're looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Logistics & Operations Manager to take charge of our day-to-day operations and drive efficiency across our supply chain. If you love solving problems on the ground and leading from the front, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize the movement of cattle feed from suppliers to customers
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and farmers
- Track operational metrics and continuously improve processes
- Lead and motivate the operations team to hit targets
- Handle scheduling, route planning, and last-mile delivery challenges
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum qualification)
- Active, smart, and confident personality with a hands-on attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
- Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Zirakpur preferred
